3 Girls 3 Sketch

3 Girls 3 is the most wonderful and refreshing female trios that I have seen in long, long, time. While each member has their distinctive style, their voices blend together beautifully and stand on their own when doing solos.”

Gail Becker, Patty Morabito, and MaryMonica Thomas bring three richly flavored voices, versatility, and exquisite song stylings to 3 Girls 3.  This trio combines three part harmonies, stunning solos, and dramatic duets to create a cabaret show unlike any other.  Although reminiscent of the Andrew Sisters and the McGuire Sisters, this group blends classic standards and old favorites with new fresh arrangements and contemporary songs.  3 Girls 3 had a very successful New Year’s Eve debut (1999) at Davenport’s Cabaret Lounge in Chicago, and followed suit in the spring to rave reviews of their show entitled: My Best Friend’s Wedding.

In the Mood marked their third show at Davenport’s and put everyone in the mood with songs from the fabulous forties. In July of 2000, they sang to sold out audiences with an extremely popular new show, “What the World Needs Now…”, 3 Girls 3 sings the music of Burt Bacharach.  These timeless tunes with modern arrangements proved to be entertaining to all listeners, from the beginner to the cabaret aficionado.  Now they spread joy and cheer with “We Need A Little Christmas…” a fresh, exciting collection of ageless, current, and some not so familiar holiday music that is sure to delight.  3 Girls 3 has performed at many venues in the Chicagoland area, including the Royal George Cabaret Theatre, Voltaire, and the Mercury Theatre.  And now they are bi-coastal, having performed in Santa Barbara, California, and Boston, Massachusetts.
