MaryMonica Thomas

MaryMonica Thomas' captivating stage presence, smooth voice, and thoughtful song interpretations have delighted cabaret audiences in Chicago at Toulouse on the Park, The Gentry, Voltaire, Chicago Cultural Center, The Royal George Theater and The Mercury Theater. She is pleased to have debuted her shows “Sepia Tones: The Music of Dorothy Dandridge” and “The Summer Knows” to critical acclaim at Davenport’s Piano Bar and Cabaret. In addition, Ms. Thomas had the special privilege to perform her French cabaret for the grand opening of the prestigious Le Meridien hotel on Michigan Avenue, Maxim’s on the Gold Coast, and has performed at other prestigious hotels and clubs such as Windsor’s Cigar Lounge in the Palmer House Hilton, Philander’s at the Oak Park Carlton, and the University and Standard Clubs in Chicago. She is the recipient of the 2002 After Dark Award for Outstanding Cabaret Artist.

MaryMonica is a graduate of the University of Illinois at Chicago with a major in Communications.She started her career as a singer/dancer, and appeared regionally in musicals at Drury Lane Oak Brook, Candlelight Dinner Theatre, Apple Tree Theatre, Pheasant Run Theatre, and Northlight, where she recorded the Chicago Theatres On The Air premiere of “Working”, starring Charles Durning.

Gail Becker

Gail is a native to Chicago, having grown up in Batavia, Illinois. She has been performing ever since she could remember and pursued it at college where she received BFA in Theatre Performance from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio.

Gail has been no stranger to the cabaret world, having been at it for over ten years. She's been seen at numerous venues such as The Big House, Voltaire, The Gentry, Magnum's, Tommy Gun's, The Royal George Cabaret, The Mercury Theatre, Bailiwick Cabaret, and Davenport's . She has debuted all three of her shows, "When’s Recess?", "Naughty & Nice", and most recently "Can't Stop Talking, the songs of Betty Hutton", which earned her a four star review, at Davenport's.

Gail's album "Small Day Tomorrow" was released in June of 2004. Songs from this eclectic collection has been heard on numerous radio stations across the country, including The Midnight Special on WFMT.

Gail can also be seen in the theatre community. She has worked at Theatre at the Center in Munster, Indiana, Clock Tower Theatre in Rockford, Pegasus Players, Prologue Theatre and many others. Gail spends her days teaching musical theatre studies and private voice at Wunder Studios, a music conservatory in Park Ridge. She also enjoys choreographing high school musicals for her hometown, Batavia, IL. Currently, Ms. Becker is expanding her career including voice-over work, she hopes to someday narrate books. Heather Moran

Born and raised in Illinois, Heather has been performing for most of her life. She studied voice as a child at New Trier High School and Northwestern University in Illinois.  As an adult, she studied Opera at Carnegie-Mellon University in Pennsylvania, and the University of Colorado. She eventually returned to Chicago to earn a BA in Musical Theater from Columbia College.

Over the past several years, Heather has divided her time between her two loves: acting and singing.

As an actor, Heather has worked with numerous theater companies in Chicago, but most extensively with the Factory Theater, a storefront community theater company in their fifteenth season with over 70 productions under their belts. Heather is also a Second City alumna skilled in improvisational theater.

As a singer, Heather has performed in many settings: nightclubs, weddings, private and corporate functions, and most notably, on Navy Pier's two premiere dinner cruise ships, Mystic Blue and The Odyssey. Venues she has appeared at include: Katerina’s, Park West, Katerina’s, Tivoli Ristorante, Bistrot Margot, Grant Park, Magnum's Steakhouse, Davenport’s, Gold Star Sardine Bar, Martyr's, and Joy Blue.  Heather can currently be seen singing jazz throughout the Chicagoland area with the Heather Moran Quartet.   Heather is currently serving as publicity co-governor of The Chicago Cabaret Organization of Chicago.
